On May 29, at 2pm (CET) a wine-tasting and networking event with Columbia Alumni Association Singapore.

We will be welcomed by Mary Kuo ('92CC), Co-chair of the Associations and Clubs Committee of CAA, and Michael J. Novielli ('03CC, '09TC), President, CAA Singapore, who will introduce us to the club, its activities, and the Alumni. Enjoy a virtual wine tour with Pier Francesco Maravalle, the owner of Vitalonga Winery, an estate with roots going back to the times of the Etruscans. In collaboration with Ellen Craig, co-founder of UmbriaAbove, a nascent company established with her partner Arrigo who is of the families Marchesi Misciattelli and Bernardini, specialized on cultural and gastronomic experiences of Umbria.

You might purchase the different varieties of Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese that can taste while learning about the winemaking process, from the cultivation and harvesting of grapes, which Pier Francesco's family business for many generations, to shipping bottles of wine all over the world.
